The new full-time Valle Verde is the first-ever Partagas cigar with a delicious San Andrés wrapper from Veracruz, Mexico—the Green Valley. Mexico’s San Andrés Valley rises 4,000 feet along the Gulf of Mexico and is known for its naturally cooler climate and volcanic soil. The result is a pristine, light brown wrapper harvested in 2020 with hints of earthiness, sweetness, and cocoa qualities.
Valle Verde stays true to over 175 years of Partagas heritage, using a shade grown 2015 Cameroon tobacco, synonymous with Partagas cigars, as a binder. The filler tobaccos contain more Mexican San Andrés, Nicaraguan Jalapa, and Esteli Ligero tobaccos harvested in 2020, creating a subtle spiciness.
As a result, Partagas Valle Verde is a smooth, balanced, and complex blend with rich, sweet notes mixed with black pepper.
