Shipping policy
- All orders are shipped within 24 hours as long as the products ordered are in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you and give you updates and ask for direction on how to proceed with your order. Periodically, We do have some products out of stock and we will replenish them as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us for any additional information regarding shipping.
- Box Purchases of None-Cello cigars may arrive in an open box. We inspect None-Cello cigars before shipping to insure they are in perfect condition with no damages prior to shipping
- NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
